Data we collect: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), check-in/check-out dates, number of guests and comment text — only what you provide yourself in the booking or inquiry form.

Purpose: processing your request, confirming the booking and contacting you about your stay. Legal basis — your consent given by ticking the corresponding box in the form.

Marketing: offers and promotions are sent only with your separate voluntary consent (a separate checkbox). You may withdraw it at any time via info@sevinchousesguba.com or WhatsApp.

Storage: in a protected database on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Only the SEVINCHOUSES owner has access. We do not collect or store bank card data.

Sharing: with no one, except cases directly required by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.

Retention: booking data is kept for 3 years after check-out, then deleted. We will delete earlier upon your request.

Your rights: request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, withdraw consent. Contact info@sevinchousesguba.com — we reply within 30 days.
